The New-for-2020 Vantage Series of LRFs Gives Affordable Accuracy Options

To Hunters, Bowhunters and Shooters

Hawke® Optics, a well-known leader in value-packed, high-quality sporting optics, proudly launches the all-new Vantage line of laser range finders for 2020. Hawke accomplishes something special with these new range finders – extreme performance at a value price. Of course, you would expect that from Hawke.

Laser range finders have been around for a while and technology has produced some features that hunters and shooters have come to expect. What is it, then, that makes the new Vantage Laser Range Finders from Hawke so special? In a word – price. Other manufacturers have been able to pack similar features into a compact, handheld unit, but not for the price of the Vantage. These LRFs pack a lot of features into a value-loaded bundle, making them hard to miss, just like your shot after you use one.

Available in three models, each Vantage LRF has a fully multi-coated optical system with BK-7 prisms, 6× magnification and an adjustable diopter. This gives each unit high light transmission with the true color optical clarity you’d expect from Hawke. Each is nitrogen purged and is water and fog proof. Here’s the thing that sets the Vantage apart from the competition – each unit has Standard/Horizontal Distance/Angle/Rain/Hunt modes. These are the modes you’d expect to pay much more for. Standard and Horizontal modes give you accurate distance readings. Angle mode adjusts for the difference in elevation, such as when you’re hunting from a treestand. Rain mode gives you straight distance, but ignores interference from rain drops, and Hunt mode gives you distance to target, ignoring any interference from blades of grass or other minor obstacles.

The Vantage 400 LRF reads target distance from 7 to 437 yards. The Vantage 600 will give you accurate distances from 7 to 656 yards. The Vantage 900 pushes the distances from 7 yards out to 984 yards. This means that there is a Vantage range finder for every need and budget, whether you’re bowhunting, or rifle hunting in open terrain. All three models share a wide-angle optical system with a field of view of 420ft/140m at 1000yds/m. Each Vantage LRF measures distance accurate to +/- one yard.

Each Vantage LRF has an auto shut-off to save battery life from the included CR2 lithium-ion battery. They have a lightweight and compact construction and are ergonomically designed to fit in your hand. A wrist strap is included. Each comes with Hawke’s two year warranty and are a perfect way to accomplish better accuracy within any budget.
