Kestrel Weather and Environmental Meters launches a new website for Long-Range shooters. Their new site, KestrelBallistics.com, features an educational section, called “Schoolhouse”, which contains a regularly updated library of information for long-range shooters of all skill levels, drawn from the most respected experts in the industry. The site also includes an e-commerce section, where customers may purchase quality long range shooting accessories such as scopes, range finders, weather vanes and Kestrel weather and ballistics meters, among other items. Although their site is focusing on long-range shooters, many varmint hunters that shoot medium range, as well as those who hunt with airguns, will benefit from the information on the new site.
Here is more information from their press release:
The “Schoolhouse,” an educational resource, will contain articles and other pertinent information from Kestrel’s internal experts and product managers, as well as Kestrel’s industry partners including Applied Ballistics, Accuracy 1st, nVisti and more. The goal of the Schoolhouse section is to continuously update long-range shooters about industry advances, new techniques and how to use a Kestrel Weather Meter and ballistics calculator for improved precision and accuracy.
Products offered through the e-commerce platform will include Kestrel Ballistics Meters, in addition to other trusted long range shooting products from companies such as Bushnell, MagnetoSpeed and Accuracy 1st – making this the first time Nielsen-Kellerman will be a reseller of these top-tier items.
“As Kestrel has progressed in the long-range shooting space, we have seen that there is a real thirst for knowledge among long-range shooters. Just as we never ship a product without ensuring that it will provide accurate, reliable information, we will ensure that KestrelBallistics.com only contains articles, advice and products that customers can rely on. We are truly enjoying expanding our customer offering in this area.” stated Nielsen-Kellerman CEO, Alix James. “We have greatly enjoyed building relationships with other innovative, quality-focused manufacturers in the precision shooting niche, and really look forward to providing one site where in-depth information about their products can be shared.”
Designed to speak to the consumer, the site’s functionality and interactive use provides users with all the information, products and resources they need for success in long-range shooting, whether they are primarily interested in hunting, competitive or tactical shooting.
